Critical Incident Management Service

Our Critical Incident Management Service (CIMS) offers assistance to employees who have experienced a critical incident, such as a fire, armed raid, bereavement, industrial or transport accident, or other traumatic event. Through support, we help to minimise any unnecessary psychological suffering on employees, their family members and other affected persons, such as an organisation's valued customers. CIMS also enables employees to recover and regain productivity as quickly as possible.

The services provided include:

  • Educational pamphlets for all affected persons
  • Telephone hotline for all affected persons
  • Group psychological debriefing for employees, family members and other affected persons
  • Individual follow-up to group psychological debriefing for employees
  • Individual counselling for family members and other affected persons
  • Grief counselling for family members
