a happy, healthy and productive workforce that contributes to
the success and excellence of organisations and the whole community
of Hong Kong.
Career Planning Service
In times of economic difficulties, many organisations
are forced to let go some of their valued staff. Some organisations
might also consider to offer assistance to the affected staff
so as to help them manage a smooth career transition. Besides
the existing employee assistance services offered to organisations,
such as on-site stationing, outplacement counselling, workshops
and training programmes for management in assisting them to help
staff face job change, Employee Development Service (EDS) is delighted
to launch a comprehensive career planning service to staff of
organisations, which includes individual career assessment and
counselling, coaching on resume writing and interviewing skills.
Through our extensive services, employers could be assured that
personal, social and career needs of affected staff are taken
care of in their career planning during the transition period.
Therefore, the staff will be able to adjust to the career change
as quickly as possible and minimise the stress brought forth.
Moreover, staff morale and corporate image can also be bolstered.
For details of the services offered, please call us at 2731 6350
